That was over a year ago...

Round three.

I tried round two with Tiffany and we didn't get passed 3-4 weeks. It was lame but I got to know Tiffany really well and she is an absolute jewel!!

Here it is March. I've tried Couch Potato to 5K, Weight Watchers, The Bluebonnet Diet. Even Mike has been dieting and roller blading. I'm maintaining, but it's just not enough for me. June and July are just peeking around the corner and I really, really, really want to feel extra good about myself this summer. So....

Round three of P90X, by myself, with the nutritional plan. We'll see.

I will try to journal simple but consistant. Like I mentioned before, I would really love to find that pattern that increases my energy and helps me to avoid the bloating, yucky feeling. I also want to see if I can find a pattern of moods influenced by my eating and activity. I will be trying the Lean drill. Maybe pictures at the end of my successful journey.

Today I got my binder in order and took the pre P90 fitness test. Tomorrow is the big day. It's Spring Break so I think it's a good start. Wish me luck... again.
