Because we were playing around with discs last week we got to know Plyometrics real up close and personal. Wow. Tough workout. Anyway, that's not what this post is about. Because we were still sore from last week, we decided to switch things up just a little an go with Kempo. Still.
Kempo reminded me a lot of Tae Bo with Billy Blanks. Intense, but again, doable. I loved it. Lots of kicking, stabbing, blocking. Really got my heart pumping and the sweat glands in overdrive. I managed to get through the whole hour but it was tough and I started to feel drained after about 20 minutes. I can't wait until I notice an increase in strength and energy!
