Monday - Chest & Back

I wonder if I'm not pushing myself enough. I'm sore in some spots but not like I thought I'd be. Heavier weights maybe? This was a great workout. Intense, but doable. I'm posting on Thursday so my memory is a bit blurry. Plus I've had to do Kempo between then and now and that's enough to joggle anybody's memory!
